You will need the violation letter and hearing options form received from the WVABCA which should include:
- License Number
- Case Number
- Fine Amount
- Licensee Address
- Licensee
You will also need the following information for the person submitting the payment:
- Full Name
- Billing Address
- Phone Number
- Credit Card Number
Please note: There is a 2.25% fee for processing the payment with a credit card.
This link is for the sole purpose of paying the fine associated with a WVABCA enforcement violation and is not a substitute for completing and submitting the hearing options form you received from the WVABCA Enforcement Division.
